Revenue Cycle Coordinator, Self Pay

Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager and/or Supervisor; the Revenue Cycle Coordinator will be responsible for the billing and collection of self-pay accounts receivables, including uninsured and balances after insurance payments, as well as supporting management in the overall execution of Revenue Cycle collection duties. Critical to this position is evaluating and securing financial resources for patients to maximize reimbursement to the Health System. The Revenue Cycle Coordinator must demonstrate proficiency in the procurement of resources, with some knowledge of the billing and collections process/practices of other third party payers and collection practices and must demonstrates proficiency in resolving customer service issues.
