  1. Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, including billing, coding, and finance, to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Monitor and analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce denials, and improve collections.
  5. Act as a liaison between the organization and insurance companies to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
  6. Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
  7. Stay updated on industry changes and developments related to healthcare finance and revenue cycle management.
  8. Prepare and present reports on revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes to management.
  9. Collaborate with IT department to maintain and improve revenue cycle systems and technology.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Practices, Including Cpt, Icd-10, And Hcpcs Codes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Financial Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders To Improve Revenue Cycle Processes.
