  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in the Urgent Care/ Infusion Center.

  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  7. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and medication instructions.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Maryland: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Unrestricted Rn License From The Maryland Board Of Nursing.

  • Bsn Degree Or Higher: A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree, Or A Higher Degree, Is Required For This Position, In Order To Meet The Complex And Diverse Needs Of Patients In Both Urgent Care And Infusion Center Settings.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Rn In An Acute Care Setting, Preferably In Emergency Or Critical Care.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Responding To Emergency Situations And Providing Advanced Life Support.

  • Knowledge Of Infusion Therapy And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have Experience And Knowledge Of Infusion Therapy And Procedures, Including Iv Placement And Administration Of Medications, As Well As Monitoring And Assessing Patients Receiving Infusion Therapy.
