Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Endoscopy team. The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a nursing role and will have experience in endoscopy procedures. 4. Identify and assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
8. Ensure compliance with all Johns Hopkins Medicine policies and regulations.
9. Attend meetings and trainings as needed.
10. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
