Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse - MRI/Radiology to join the talented team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Our ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of MRI/Radiology nursing techniques and principles, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role you will provide exceptional patient care and support in the MRI/Radiology department.To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in MRI/Radiology, along with a current RN license. You should also have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with a team. A commitment to providing excellent patient care and maintaining a positive work environment is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional patient care and support in the MRI/Radiology department.
  2. Maintain a current RN license.
  3. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of MRI/Radiology nursing techniques and principles.
  4. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  5. Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate feedback.
  6. Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  7. Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  8. Document patient care activities.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Exercise strong analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  13. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  14. Maintain a positive work environment.
