- Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency department.
- Utilize strong background in emergency nursing to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures and regulations.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care for patients.

Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Of Maryland
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Setting
Current Certification In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals)
