- Develop and implement training programs for radiology registration staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to accurately and efficiently register patients for services.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to ensure consistency and adherence to registration processes and protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in radiology registration to continuously improve training materials and methods.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to identify training needs and develop customized training plans as necessary.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback from staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements related to radiology registration.
- Act as a resource and provide ongoing support to radiology registration staff, answering questions and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and online resources.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new radiology registration staff, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Serve as a liaison between radiology registration staff and other departments to facilitate communication and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to leadership based on training observations and staff feedback.
- Stay current with changes and updates to registration systems and processes, and communicate these changes to staff through training sessions and other means.
- Serve as a positive role model and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the radiology registration team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.
Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification And Current State Licensure.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Radiologic Technologist, With Experience In Education And Training Preferred.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Radiology Equipment, Procedures, And Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Teaching Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Deliver Effective Educational Programs.
