- Oversee and manage multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and team members to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project reports, and budget updates.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement strategies for achieving project goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and effective responses.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Evaluate projects upon completion to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for future projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and ensure compliance with project management best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Proficient In Project Management Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams.
