PRN Ultrasound Technologist

Responsibilities:

1. Perform ultrasound examinations to diagnose medical conditions in patients.
2. Utilize a variety of ultrasound instruments to produce high-quality images of patient anatomy.
3. Assist radiologists with procedures as needed.
4. Educate patients and family members on the role of ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment.
5. Maintain patient records, including images and other related documents.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
7. Assist in developing and evaluating protocols for new ultrasound procedures.
8. Participate in continuing education and development activities.
9. Maintain equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
10. Provide support to physicians and other healthcare personnel when needed.
