Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical practice and ensure it is running smoothly
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to maximize efficiency
  • Monitor practice performance and analyze trends to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage all staff and provide direction, support, and guidance as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement patient-centered policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage the practice's budget
  • Monitor and track the practice's financial performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, insurers, and vendors
  • Oversee the practice's marketing and public relations activities
  • Develop and lead practice-wide initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality of care and patient outcomes
