- Develop and implement effective physician recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other healthcare organizations to expand the talent pool and promote Johns Hopkins Medicine as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs, conferences, and site visits.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, including tracking their progress through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.
- Represent Johns Hopkins Medicine in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates and colleagues.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and hiring practices.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Physician Recruiting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Knowledge Of Various Physician Specialties.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Physicians And Other Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Recruiting Software And Applicant Tracking Systems, As Well As Experience With Sourcing And Screening Candidates.
