  1. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians within the organization to promote collaboration and communication.
  2. Serve as a liaison between physicians and the organization, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations.
  4. Identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues related to billing and coding.
  5. Educate and train physicians on proper billing and coding practices to ensure compliance.
  6. Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to billing and coding and communicate any updates to physicians.
  7. Collaborate with the billing and coding department to resolve any billing issues or errors.
  8. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in physician billing and coding practices.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve physician compliance with billing and coding regulations.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and communications with physicians.
  11. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates and recommendations on physician billing and coding practices.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to healthcare and billing.
  14. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Physician Liaison Or Revenue Integrity Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Electronic Health Record Systems And Revenue Cycle Management Software.
