  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on advancements in the field of Trauma Surgery.
  11. Act as a patient advocate and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification As A Physician Assistant By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Surgical Or Trauma Setting, Preferably In A Level I Trauma Center.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Trauma Surgery Procedures And Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Other Members Of The Trauma Surgery Team, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
