Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist pharmacists in providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
  2. Prepare and dispense medications according to patient prescriptions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions and their associated medications.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor patient safety by ensuring the accuracy of medication doses and instructions.
  6. Assist in the development of new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy.
  7. Provide patient education on the use of medications and their potential side effects.
  8. Participate in team meetings and other educational activities.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the pharmacist.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy

  • Current Maryland Pharmacist License

  • At Least Two Years Of Experience In An Outpatient Pharmacy Setting
