1. Provide life-saving support: The Pediatric ECMO Specialist will be responsible for delivering critical care to children with severe respiratory or cardiac failure. This includes managing and operating extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) equipment to support and sustain the patient's vital functions.
