
Patient Liaison
Johns Hopkins Medicine is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Patient Liaison to join our team. As a Patient Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing communications with patients.To excel in this role, you must have a passion for serving patients and families, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You must also have an understanding of HIPAA guidelines and be willing to travel to different locations as needed. If you have a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
