1. Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
2. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during their hospital stay.
3. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to medical staff.
4. Help patients with mobility by transferring them to and from beds or wheelchairs.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by changing linens, organizing personal belongings, and ensuring rooms are free of hazards.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized care plans for patients.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
8. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
9. Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
10. Attend trainings and workshops to stay updated on best practices in patient care.
