Job Qualifications
  • Rn License: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Maryland Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.

  • Bsn Degree: A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Is Preferred, Although Candidates With An Associate's Degree In Nursing (Adn) May Also Be Considered.

  • Or Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Is Required. Candidates Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Emergency Protocols And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Or Nurses Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Other Healthcare Professionals, Work Well In A Team Environment, And Be Able To Multitask In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Setting.
