  1. Answer incoming calls and inquiries from patients, visitors, and employees in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues and concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all departments and resources within the organization.
  5. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining schedules for various departments.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and service delivery.
  7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Document and track all incoming calls and inquiries for reporting purposes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall service delivery experience for patients, visitors, and employees.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
  12. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  13. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy at all times.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Role

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed.
