Job Description

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will serve as an advocate and guide for patients and their families, providing personalized support and resources throughout the patient’s oncology journey. You will be expected to provide compassionate care to patients and families, coordinate care across the oncology continuum, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a deep commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. A minimum of two years of experience in the oncology field is required, as well as a current RN license and BSN. The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology navigation, care coordination, and/or case management. Knowledge of accreditation standards, such as ONC, is a plus. Responsibilities:
