  4. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  5. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic interventions and home exercises to promote carryover of progress.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  7. Stay updated on current research and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy to provide cutting-edge interventions.
  8. Advocate for the needs of pediatric patients and their families, both within the healthcare team and in the community.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment for patients.
  10. Foster a positive and supportive relationship with pediatric patients and their families to create a comfortable and trusting therapeutic experience.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve and expand skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program

  • Current State License And Registration As An Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In Pediatric Occupational Therapy

  • Experience With A Variety Of Pediatric Conditions And Treatment Methods, Including Sensory Integration, Developmental Delays, And Neurological Disorders

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Families Of Patients.
