
Occupational Therapist
Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive services to patients to maximize their independence. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid and up-to-date State of Maryland licensure, and a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or outpatient setting. The successful candidate will be organized, patient-focused, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is driven to help our patients reach their highest level of functioning and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatments plans for each patient to assist in achieving maximum independence.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on the importance of occupational therapy and how to best use it to improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure each patient’s treatment plan is comprehensive and effective.
- Maintain patient records and document progress and outcomes of treatment plans.
- Remain current on new developments in the field of occupational therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment plans.
- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards as set forth by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team

Licensed Occupational Therapist
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy Or A Related Field
Knowledge Of Current Standard Of Care In Occupational Therapy Practice
