
Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and families facing serious illness. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality palliative care services to patients and families.The successful candidate must possess a Master of Science in Nursing, a valid Nurse Practitioner license, and a minimum of two years of experience in palliative care. The right individual will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families facing serious illness. The selected Nurse Practitioner must demonstrate expertise in symptom management, communication, and end-of-life care.
