  1. Oversee daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, medical history, and insurance information.
  4. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
  5. Process and verify insurance information and claims, and assist patients with any billing or insurance-related questions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
  7. Train and supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to efficiently and effectively manage patient care.
  9. Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience and optimize office efficiency.
  11. Stay informed about changes in medical office procedures and regulations, and implement necessary updates.
  12. Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding Processes, As Well As Insurance Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Staff, And Providers.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Electronic Medical Record Systems And Microsoft Office.
