Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Full Stack Development, Including Proficiency In Front-End And Back-End Technologies.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Evaluations.
