Maintenance Team Member

The Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that the building and equipment are in safe and working order. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure building and equipment are in safe and working order.
2. Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
3. Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
4. Respond promptly and appropriately to repair requests.
5. Maintain and order necessary supplies and materials for maintenance tasks.
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with building and equipment.
7. Perform minor repairs and maintenance services as needed.
8. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
9. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance tasks.
