- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of the organization to understand business needs and proactively address any HR-related issues.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Serve as a role model for our organization's values of excellence, respect, and integrity, and promote a positive work culture and employee experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Shrm-Cp Or Phr Certification Preferred.
