- Prepare and analyze tissue specimens using various histology techniques.

- Assist with training and mentoring new histopathology technicians.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Identify and report any abnormalities or deviations in tissue specimens.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field
Certification As A Histotechnician (Ht) Or Histotechnologist (Htl) Through The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Histopathology Laboratory
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Procedures
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Interpret And Analyze Tissue Samples.
