- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records for each patient, documenting all medications administered and any changes or updates.
- Work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Keep track of medication inventory, ensuring that all medications are properly stored and stocked.
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients on the proper use and administration of their medications, as well as any potential side effects or interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on medication administration practices and advancements.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Certified Medication Technician (Cmt) License
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Medication Administration Procedures And Protocols
