Job Description

Primary liaison between the end user and the application support team for the Johns Hopkins EMR (Epic). Responsible for logging and working to completion all outstanding issues encountered by the end user. Primary tester for changes made on behalf of end user to the EMR and responsible for quality of the final product delivered. Collaborates with application support teams, infrastructure groups and departmental IT staff to test, deliver, and maintain the Johns Hopkins EMR (Epic) for Johns Hopkins Home Care Group (JHHCG).
