Knowledge Of Healthcare Security Regulations And Best Practices: Working In A Healthcare Environment Presents Unique Security Challenges, And The Executive Director Of Public Safety Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Best Practices To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Patients, Staff, And Visitors.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Executive Director Of Public Safety Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Various Stakeholders, Including Hospital Administrators, Government Agencies, And Community Partners. The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Represent Johns Hopkins Medicine And Foster Positive Relationships.
