
Emergency Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency preparedness and response.
- Analyze potential threats, develop plans, and coordinate responses to a wide range of emergency situations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and review emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Train and educate staff on emergency management protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal emergency management agencies.
- Participate in drills and exercises to test and evaluate emergency management protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of the emergency response team.
- Monitor and stay informed of local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to emergency management.
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate resources.
- Document emergency management activities.
- Provide information and support to patients, staff, and community members during emergency events.
