  1. Oversee all aspects of planning, design, and construction for multiple projects within the Johns Hopkins Medicine healthcare system.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the planning, design, or construction phase.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  7. Participate in the selection and negotiation process for contractors and vendors.
  8. Manage and track project budgets, including reviewing and approving invoices and change orders.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and ensure project success.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and construction project management.
  13. Represent Johns Hopkins Medicine in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, project plans, and reports.
  15. Uphold the organization's standards for quality and patient safety in all project activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Standards Related To Healthcare Facilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Contractors, And Team Members.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meet Deadlines, And Stay Within Budget.
