  1. Assist physicians and researchers in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge technology and equipment to perform various clinical procedures.
  3. Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs and medical history.
  6. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients.
  7. Continuously monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
  8. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  9. Assist with the maintenance and organization of medical equipment and supplies.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job duties.
  12. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Medical Technology Or Clinical Laboratory Science.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From A Recognized Accrediting Body.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, As Well As Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Diagnostic Tests.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team And Interact With Patients In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
