As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the development of new treatments and therapies by coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical research studies. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to finding ways to improve patient care and outcomes.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in clinical research, and a strong attention to detail. You must also have a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate day-to-day operations of clinical research studies.
  2. Follow regulatory guidelines and protocols related to clinical research.
  3. Develop and implement research protocols.
  4. Monitor and analyze data from clinical trials.
  5. Prepare and submit paperwork related to the clinical trials.
  6. Communicate effectively with researchers, medical staff, and other project personnel.
  7. Maintain records and ensure accuracy of data.
  8. Work with other research staff to ensure quality control.
  9. Develop patient recruitment strategies.
  10. Assist with grant writing and other administrative tasks.
