Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Of Pharmacy.
Completion Of A Post-Graduate Residency Or Fellowship In Clinical Pharmacy, With A Focus On Medicine And Hepatology.
Active Licensure As A Pharmacist In The State Of Maryland, Or Eligibility For Licensure.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting, With A Demonstrated Expertise In Medicine And Hepatology.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, Ability To Work Effectively Within A Multidisciplinary Team, And A Commitment To Evidence-Based Practice And Continuous Learning.
