Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School.
Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Maryland.
Completion Of A Post-Graduate Residency Program In Clinical Pharmacy Or Equivalent Experience.
Board Certification In A Clinical Pharmacy Specialty (E.g. Ambulatory Care, Critical Care, Oncology).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Practicing As A Clinical Pharmacist In An Acute Care Setting.
