Job Description

Johns Hopkins Medicine is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for our patients. You will assess and monitor patient medication regimens, provide direct patient care, and participate in quality improvement activities.The ideal candidate is a board-certified Pharmacist (BCP) with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. You must also have a minimum of two years of professional experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, preferably in an academic medical center. You must have a customer-friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and monitor patient medication regimens.
