  1. Perform accurate and timely laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Analyze and interpret laboratory test results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
  4. Adhere to all safety and quality control standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  6. Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with current laboratory techniques and advancements.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From Ascp Or Equivalent

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Clinical Laboratory Experience

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Laboratory Equipment And Procedures

  • Excellent Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Data Analysis And Interpretation
