Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business Management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient-Facing Role Within A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions With Empathy And Professionalism.
