- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical applications.

- Act as a liaison between end-users and IT, providing timely and effective communication regarding application updates and changes.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks related to clinical applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers and other end-users.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Health Information Management, Nursing, Or Medical Technology.
Experience Working With Clinical Applications And Electronic Health Records, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Workflows.
Proficiency In Software Programs Commonly Used In Healthcare, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Meditech.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Clinical Staff In Using Applications.
