  1. Support the implementation and maintenance of clinical applications to ensure smooth and efficient operation of essential healthcare tools.
  2. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical applications.
  3. Perform regular audits and updates to ensure accuracy and functionality of clinical applications.
  4. Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of clinical applications.
  5. Monitor and report on usage and performance metrics of clinical applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
  7. Maintain documentation and user guides for clinical applications.
  8. Communicate with vendors and assist with the procurement and integration of new clinical applications.
  9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
  10. Act as a liaison between end-users and IT, providing timely and effective communication regarding application updates and changes.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks related to clinical applications.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers and other end-users.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
  15. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Health Information Management, Nursing, Or Medical Technology.

  • Experience Working With Clinical Applications And Electronic Health Records, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Workflows.

  • Proficiency In Software Programs Commonly Used In Healthcare, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Meditech.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Clinical Staff In Using Applications.
