  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care.
  6. Assist in processing payments and insurance information.
  7. Educate patients on our services and provide relevant information to address their needs.
  8. Follow established protocols and procedures for patient registration and data entry.
  9. Handle and resolve patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
  10. Keep track of patient satisfaction and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
  11. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and consistent information to patients.
  12. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Communications.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Range Of Clients, Including Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Familiarity With Healthcare Processes And Procedures.
