Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Communications.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Range Of Clients, Including Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Familiarity With Healthcare Processes And Procedures.
