
Child Life Specialist
Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a compassionate and energetic Child Life Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and their families in providing support and resources to make their hospital experience as positive as possible. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children in a medical setting, and the necessary qualifications to ensure success in this role.The successful Child Life Specialist will possess a Bachelor’s degree in child life, psychology, education, social work, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a similar setting. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations.
