Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: A Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) At Johns Hopkins Medicine In Otolaryngology Should Possess A Diploma Or Certificate From An Accredited Medical Assistant Program.
Certification By The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama): A Cma At Johns Hopkins Medicine Should Be Certified By The Aama, Demonstrating Competence And Adherence To Ethical Standards In The Field Of Medical Assisting.
Experience In Otolaryngology: Previous Experience Working In Otolaryngology Or A Related Specialty Is Highly Preferred For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Otolaryngology Procedures, Equipment, And Terminology.
Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems: As Johns Hopkins Medicine Is Committed To Using State-Of-The-Art Ehr Systems, Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Ehr Systems And Be Comfortable Navigating And Documenting Patient Information In These Systems.
