
Certified Lab Tech Phlebotomist
Johns Hopkins Medicine is looking for an experienced Certified Lab Tech Phlebotomist who will be responsible for performing venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages. Responsibilities: • Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages • Collect and process specimens in a timely manner • Monitor safety precautions and compliance guidelines • Provide excellent customer service to patients • Maintain accurate records of patient information • Communicate effectively with staff members and other healthcare professionals • Follow guidelines and protocols set by Johns Hopkins Medicine • Remain up to date on best practices and new techniques in phlebotomy • Participate in continuing education and training programs as needed
