  1. Perform a variety of laboratory procedures including cell culture, aseptic processing, and quality control testing.
  2. Maintain accurate records and document all laboratory activities in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  3. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and efficacy of cell therapies.
  4. Conduct experiments and analyze data to support the development and optimization of cell-based treatments.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the team to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes.
  6. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning and availability.
  7. Keep up to date with current research and developments in the field of cell therapy.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Participate in training and mentoring of new laboratory staff and students.
  11. Assist with writing and updating standard operating procedures and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification By A Recognized Professional Organization, Such As Ascp Or Amt.

  • Knowledge Of Cell Therapy Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Aseptic Technique And Cell Culture.

  • Experience With Operating And Maintaining Specialized Laboratory Equipment, Such As Flow Cytometers And Cell Sorters.
