Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Certification By A Recognized Professional Organization, Such As Ascp Or Amt.
Knowledge Of Cell Therapy Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Aseptic Technique And Cell Culture.
Experience With Operating And Maintaining Specialized Laboratory Equipment, Such As Flow Cytometers And Cell Sorters.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Interpret Complex Data.
