To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in career development, counseling, human resources, or similar field• Proven track record of successful career coaching with the ability to develop individualized plans• Demonstrated ability to build trust, respect, and credibility with team members• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilitiesIf you have a passion for career development and a commitment to helping our team members reach their career goals, we invite you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized plans for team members to reach their career goals • Build trust, respect, and credibility with team members • Facilitate career development workshops and other training programs • Assist team members in developing career documents such as resumes and cover letters • Develop assessments to gauge team members’ career readiness • Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions • Monitor progress, evaluate success, and identify areas of improvement • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and other interactions • Utilize a variety of resources to assist in career development • Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry
