  1. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients with cardiovascular conditions according to established protocols and standards.
  2. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and technology used in cardiac procedures.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of patient care.
  4. Monitor patients' vital signs, communicate any changes or concerns to medical staff, and assist in emergency situations.
  5. Educate patients and their families on procedures, treatments, and follow-up care.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures, patient progress, and any complications or adverse reactions.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure best practices are followed.
  9. Attend continuing education programs and stay updated on advancements in cardiovascular technology and procedures.
  10. Foster a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  11. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to address any concerns or questions.
  13. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient privacy.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the hospital and cardiovascular department in a positive manner.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Cardiovascular Technology Or Related Field.

  • Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (Cct) Or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Rcis) Credential.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Cardiac Catheterization Lab Or Interventional Radiology Setting.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Cardiovascular Equipment, Including Imaging And Monitoring Devices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
