  1. Oversee the planning, design, and construction of large-scale capital projects for Johns Hopkins Medicine.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  3. Lead and manage a team of project coordinators, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including hospital leadership, staff, and external partners, to ensure project objectives are understood and met.

  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project success.
  13. Provide regular updates and presentations to hospital leadership on project status and key milestones.
  14. Participate in the recruitment and selection of project team members as needed.
  15. Represent Johns Hopkins Medicine and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Large-Scale Capital Projects In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Capital Projects.
