At Johns Hopkins Medicine, we are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual HR Support Center Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for helping ensure that our HR teams are able to effectively serve our employees in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, customer service, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. We are looking for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and an eagerness to learn and expand their skill set. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide effective customer service to employees in both English and Spanish.
  2. Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers in both languages.
  3. Assist with the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives.
  4. Maintain a high-level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and customer service.
  6. Remain up to date on current HR policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
  8. Assist with the development of new HR procedures.
  9. Prepare reports and documents in both English and Spanish.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
